Posh Baby Palace Store Policies

PAYMENTS

Posh Baby Palace accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and funded payments through PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. You will be transferred to the PayPal website to enter your credit card information. Once your payment has been processed you will be automatically returned to Posh Baby Palace. You do NOT need an account with PayPal to complete your transaction.

MONEY ORDERS

Posh Baby Palace is happy to accept money orders. Just add items to the cart as usual. When you checkout be sure to select the option for payment through money order. All money orders must be received within 10 business days of purchase. We will not ship your items until we receive your money order. Please contact us at 630-204-6111 to confirm your order and to arrange for receipt of payment.

SHIPPING

Posh Baby Palace ships all orders via USPS priority mail. All orders will ship within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.  We use flat rate shipping with no hidden charges. We do not ‘drop ship’. Our entire inventory is stored in house which allows us to process your order in our home office and ship it quickly to you anywhere in the United States. Our shipping rates are as follows:

SALES TAX

8.25% sales tax will be charged to all Illinois residents. Orders shipping to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES (within 30 days)

At Posh Baby Palace our return policy is simple and straight forward. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at 630-204-6111 so that we can arrange for a return or an exchange. We recommend purchasing insurance and/or tracking services when shipping an item back so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or never reach our facility. 

You may return or exchange your items for a full refund minus shipping charges as long as the following conditions are met:

• All carriers and nursing covers in new, unwashed, odor-free, unsoiled condition with all original packaging and instructions may be returned or exchanged. If your baby has not yet arrived, then just let us know at the time of purchase the baby's expected date of arrival, and we will use the baby's birth date or adoption date to start your 30-day period.
• My Baby Can Talk DVDs may be returned for exchange only if you receive a defective one. Otherwise DVDs will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: Posh Baby Palace reserves the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee of $5 - $25 off of the purchase price if the item is not in new, unwashed, odor-free, sellable condition or does not include all original packaging and instructions. Items that are soiled, smell of perfume, smoke, laundry detergent, softener, or that have excessive lint or pet hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
